Each and every member of our team is responsible for effective implementation of our policy which is monitored by the senior management.

Policy decisions and directives are given by the CEO for implementation throughout the organization and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. The General Manager and Head of Department are responsible for maintaining this policy.

IMAGE GROUP QA Procedures, Group Organization Work Instructions are comprehensive documents describing the policies, procedures and practices applicable to all areas of work. These procedures and practices are subject to regular monitoring and updating as and when necessary. These documents have the full support of the owners and management for continuing suitability. They ensure that all Group activities are controlled in a manner compatible with achieving contractual obligations effectively and continually improvement.

It is mandatory that all staff adhere to the documented company procedures in order to achieve a consistent approach to Quality and continuous improvement.

The Group is fully committed to maintain a Quality Management System which meets in all respects, the requirements Clients QA/QC requirements.
